The platform is designed for the entire medical chain of sporting events: medical directors, nurses, field responders, operations coordinators and event organizers. Each role accesses only the functions relevant to their responsibilities.

What types of events are supported?

EMSy Events supports any event: trail running, ultra-trail, alpine races, cycling, endurance events, concerts, festivals and major gatherings. Contact us for specific requirements.

Can I use the platform on my smartphone?

Yes. The field responder interface is designed mobile-first, with optimised touch targets and offline capabilities so you can work even in areas with poor network coverage.

Are participant clinical records protected?

Completely. All data is encrypted end-to-end, stored on ISO 27001-certified European servers, and processed in full compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). Access logs are immutable and auditable.

How does registration work?

You register by indicating your role and the event you are assigned to. Access is approved by the medical director or event organizer before you can operate — this ensures only authorized personnel handle real clinical data.
